Are current day headers any better than the constantly leaking things from my gear head days of thirty years ago?I would really like to increase the grunt on my pick up and it looks like I will have to replace an exhaust manifold in the near future, so the timing is good. Your thoughts are appreciated. Thanks

I seem to think they are much better than they were several years ago. They are built of better metal that is laser cut and machine welded. You won't have any of that retightening every other day business with the newer headers. Now keep in mind that this only goes for the butter name headers.... I like hooker and Jegs.
